        The Ministry of Justice starts consolidating companies which do not register 5 years from last month.　This is based on the commercial law, and companies that have passed five years since October 1^st, 2002 will be removed from registry until companies register again.　The tenure of a director of a company is two years, and he/she has to register once two years.　Those companies might be harmful. The ministry of Justice, therefore, consolidates companies once five years.　If a company is subject to consolidate, The Ministry of Justice will send a company a notice, and then a company is able to register until December 1^st, 2002.　Furthermore, a company does not get a notice or letter from a registration office in any case.　A company is able to start to proceed, so please use caution.
