Many countries including Japan nowadays have used more cell phones than telephones.@According to OECD communications, Northern Europe, such as Norway and Finland uses cell phones 60 out of 100 people. Japan is 45 out of 100.@Surprisingly, German is 29 out 100, and USA is 31 out of people.@Internet users in Japan became two million seven hundred thousand people in end of 1999.@It is 60 percent increase comparing with last year.@Internet users include cell phone users (i-mode).@That's why users increased rapidly.@Furthermore, telephones are able to connect Internet likewise.@It is said that internet users will go up every year, and they will be seven million people in end of 2005.@The rates of popularization of Internet are 19,1% families, 31.8% enterprises, and 88.6% corporations.@Internet users internationally are more than 50% of people in USA, yet they are 1 out of 30 in South Africa, 1 out of 40 in Asia, and 1 out of 200 in Africa.@
